Payment

Direct payments (credit & debit cards) and PayPal are accepted through the online shop powered by Stripe.

Please note that for items made to order, production will begin as soon as payment is received.

Shipping Info

Shipping is currently either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. International customers are currently only supported through direct contact or my Etsy Store.

Items "ready to ship" will be labeled as such and will ship in 1-3 business days. Items made to order will ship upon completion, and processing time is noted at the bottom of the item listing.

Tracking numbers are available on all domestic orders (both First Class and Priority Mail), and will be provided to customer at shipment time. International customers will be provided tracking and customs numbers on international Priority Mail, and First Class international shipments will be accompanied by a customs number only.

I am not responsible for any lost mail. Please verify that your shipping address is correct. 

Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds, but exchanges are permitted within 14 days from confirmed delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason (sizing, color, etc.), contact me for exchange options. When returning an item for exchange, shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Shop Disclaimer

All items are handmade and unique, and designs are adjusted according to the size ordered. Actual colors may vary depending on the yarn dye lots.

It is the customer's responsibility to care for products according to the item's care instructions. Care instructions can be found on garment hang tags or on the website listing.
