Post-Christmas 2015

Many of us crafters forget that people usually appreciate handmade or homemade gifts the most. People understand that it takes time and care to create, even though the numerical value of labor hours is often underestimated. With the right planning, you can save a lot of money during holiday seasons. However, that money is replaced with your time and increased stress levels when you realize all you have committed to doing. I happen to have never given my family members crochet Christmas gifts (other than this adorable scarf I made Mango last year).

I decided to gift my family handmade goodies this year! My shopping budget dramatically decreased this year since I am freshly moved out of my parents house (WOOHOO) and living on my own. Below is a collection of the gifts I made this past Christmas, with the occasional overly descriptive caption. Hover over the image to reveal the caption. Enjoy!
